How do you charge for your service?
We charge 35 to 50%. This includes everything associated with organizing your auction including professional signage (if allowed by community), advertising and researching your items and more. NOTE - this rate is all inclusive.
Who pays advertising costs?
Rediscovered Treasures pays advertising. Unlike other companies our fee is all inclusive.
Are there any upfront costs?
there are no upfront costs or out-of-pocket expenses. You will receive a check after your auction closes.
Will you research my items?
We provide comprehensive estate sale liquidation services, including resesrch, sale management, and cleanout services. Let us handle the details so you can focus on what's important.
Is there a cost for our first meeting?
Your first meeting is just a consulting meeting and is free. It last between 30 and 60 minutes.
What do you do with unsold items?
this will be discussed at the consultation. We can donate your items if requested or leave them with you.
Should we get rid of anything before you start working?
No. We sell almost everything. Let us take a look before you donate or throw anything away. We can sell almost anything. We do NOT sell guns and ammunition, drugs and alcohol, live animals or damaged baby items or medical items. We will sell almost everything else on the house.

We understand this is a difficult process. every case is different please give us a call to discuss your needs.
